We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to support a pharmacist recertification team during a temporary leave of absence. This hybrid role is perfect for candidates who enjoy administrative support, customer interaction, and working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy is critical.

Responsibilities

• Process pharmacist recertification applications
• Review and validate licensure and continuing education requirements
• Handle certification and recertification requests
• Respond to inquiries via Zendesk, phone, email, and chat
• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining accuracy and compliance
• Manage multiple requests and deadlines simultaneously
• Maintain organized and detailed records

Qualifications

Required:

• Previous customer service experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and learn new processes quickly
• Proficiency with computer systems and handling customer inquiries

Preferred:

• Zendesk experience
• Certification or recertification processing experience
• Experience reviewing applications, credentials, or compliance-related documentation
